Please understand that space is created for you at your arranged time and lateness has an impact on other people’s reading times. 

Due to this, lateness of more than 10 minutes will result in your reading being cancelled and no refund given.

Emergencies do happen, if this is the case please reach out to me at your earliest opportunity so we can reschedule your appointment.
